I’m thrilled to extend a special invitation to join me at my handmade holiday crafting retreat, designed to help you prepare for the upcoming festive season. At the Handmade Holiday Weekend Retreat, creativity meets tranquility amidst the stunning natural beauty of the Oregon coast at Twin Rocks Friends Camp. Nestled in the serene Pacific Northwest, this retreat offers a perfect escape for stamping enthusiasts seeking inspiration and relaxation.
As you arrive at the retreat, you’re greeted by the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and the crisp scent of pine trees. The rustic charm of the campgrounds, matched with the hotel-style lodging and craft room, sets the stage for a truly immersive crafting experience.
Throughout the retreat, participants are invited to explore a variety of stamping projects and techniques, from basic to advanced, guided by people passionate about sharing their knowledge. Our crafting room is in a spacious, well-lit studio equipped with all the tools and materials to bring your creative visions to life.
In addition to trainings, the retreat also provides ample opportunity for free-flowing creativity. Whether you prefer to work independently or collaborate with fellow stampers, you’ll find ample space and inspiration to unleash your imagination.
Remember to take advantage of the camp’s amenities and outdoor activities. Stroll along the sandy shores of Rockaway Beach, embark on a scenic hike through the surrounding forests, go for a canoe ride, or unwind with a book in your room or at the Coffee Shop.
Saturday evenings at the retreat are filled with camaraderie and relaxation. Gather around a crackling campfire under the starlit sky, where stories are shared, friendships are forged, Smores are enjoyed, and creativity continues to flourish.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Food, prepared supplies, projects, card swaps, Stampin’ Up! stamp set from the Holiday Mini Catalog, adhesives, and many giveaways. Substitutions can be made for like products if you already have the stamp set of these products during registration.- Lodging – Shared Hotel Style Rooms, each with a queen and a bunk bed.
- Catered meals from arrival to departure. Homemade breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Reserved table space in a spacious crafting area with a great view, open early and late to accommodate everyone’s schedule.
- Adhesives Package (dimensionals, glue dots & multipurpose liquid glue).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What should I bring to the event?
I would bring minimal crafting supplies as almost everything you need is provided. All project supplies are provided except for the following:
1) Acrylic blocks for stamping or Stamp Positioner Tool like the Stamparatus or Misti
2) Your favorite craft adhesive (I supply Liquid Glue, Glue Dots, and Dimensionals)
3) Your favorite pair of scissors.
What are the rooms like?
We have 16 hotel-style rooms downstairs with full bathrooms, each with a Queen bed and a bunk
Can I stay an extra day?
Yes, Thursday is an option. It includes lodging, taxes, breakfast and lunch on Friday.
What is the MarketPlace?
My experience from past events has been that some guests like to take their time and not be rushed (that’s me). I’ve designed the event so you’ll be able to complete included projects without being rushed. However, some stay up late or quickly complete the projects, so I created the MarketPlace. The MarketPlace is where top paper crafting designers will offer projects to be completed that are more detailed projects (or just plain cute), ranging from cards to gift giving. This is your opportunity to craft amazing projects with the designer on hand to help guide you and answer questions. These projects are optional. The prices and themes will vary, generally between $1 to $25. MarketPlace projects are not included in the retreat price
Is my registration/ticket transferable?
You can transfer your registration to someone else or mail the projects to you.
Would you like me to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Nope, it’s not necessary.
What is the refund policy?
Due to the nature of this intimate event, details are planned and personalized far in advance for each of our guests, so all deposits and payments are 100% non-refundable past the 60 days before the event starts. The registration fees are invested to secure your spot and to order the supplies. You can transfer the registration to another person. In the unlikely event that the organizer cancels the retreat because of weather or illness, you can attend a rescheduled event or receive a partial refund and have all the kit supplies mailed to you.
What if I have a food allergy?
Special assistance is available for individuals with specific dietary needs, including diabetics and vegetarians. There is a mini refrigerator in the Conference Room. Please let me know in the notes section when you register if you have specific dietary needs.
I have a mobility challenge; can I still attend?
Yes, you can. You can participate in as much or as little as you like; there are no requirements. The retreat building has limited ADA rooms on the ground floor. Meals are served in another building that you can drive or walk to. I will make it a priority to accommodate you.
What meals are included?
Meals are served buffet style at set times in the dinner building. Dinner is on Friday, and breakfast, lunch, and dinner are on Saturday. Breakfast on Sunday.
